7. Installation cost
Installation and commissioning are paid services. This includes technical guidance for equipment installation, commissioning, operation, and training of local workers.

The customer is responsible for:

• Visa arrangements for installation personnel

• Round-trip air tickets

• Local accommodation and transportation

• Medical insurance and related costs

At least one technical expert is required on-site for installation. The standard installation and commissioning period is 30 days, which may vary depending on local conditions.

Installation engineer salary: USD 100 per day.

Alternatively, the customer may choose free online technical guidance.

Other Requirements

1. Local staffing
Each shift requires 1–2 technicians and 2–4 packing/transport personnel for the main workshop.

2. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide necessary lifting equipment, common tools, water supply, and electrical power (240 kW transformer).

3. Supplier responsibilities
The supplier provides plant layout design, main workshop building design, installation guidance, commissioning, local worker training, and construction supervision for the main workshop line.

The customer is responsible for all civil engineering work based on the supplier’s design requirements, and shall complete equipment installation and commissioning under the guidance of supplier experts, while providing necessary conditions and assistance.
