Main Parameters

1. Processing Capacity: 120 tons of wheat per 24 hours.
2. Product Range: Wheat flour: Grade 1 Special Flour, Grade 2 Special Flour and Standard Flour can be produced according to customer requirements. All flour quality complies with the national standard GB1355-86.
3. Total Installed Power: Approximately 420kW.
4. Main Workshop Dimensions: Steel frame structure; Workshop size: Length × Width × Height = 39 × 8 × 12m.
5. Shipping Requirement: 10 × 40HQ containers.
6. Delivery Time: Within 70 days after the contract comes into effect.
7. Installation & Commissioning Terms: Installation and commissioning are chargeable services, including on-site technical guidance for equipment installation, debugging operation, and training for local workers. The customer shall be responsible for the installation personnel’s visa, round-trip air tickets, local accommodation, transportation, medical insurance and other related costs. This equipment requires 2 installation engineers; the standard installation and commissioning period is 3 months, and the final duration is subject to the customer’s local on-site conditions. Engineer service fee: US$100 per person per day.

Other Supplementary Notes

1. For the main workshop of the complete set of equipment, each shift requires 1–2 technicians and 2–4 packing & transportation personnel.
2. The customer shall provide necessary lifting equipment, common tools, water supply, and power supply (420KW transformer), etc.
3. The supplier is responsible for plant layout design, main workshop building design, installation guidance, commissioning, training of local workers, and construction supervision for the main workshop production line. The customer shall undertake civil engineering in accordance with the supplier’s design requirements, complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment under the guidance of the supplier’s experts, and provide necessary conditions and assistance for this purpose.
