• Normal installation period: 30 days (may vary depending on site conditions).

• Engineer salary: USD 100 / day.

• Customer is responsible for: visa, round‑trip air tickets, local accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and all related costs.

Option 2 – Online Technical Guidance (Free)

• Remote video/chat support for installation and commissioning.

• No additional cost to the customer.

III. On‑site Personnel & Customer Obligations
