10. Installation Terms

Installation is a chargeable service. It includes installation guidance, test running, and training of local workers. The buyer shall bear the following costs for the supplier’s technicians: visa fees, round-trip air tickets, accommodation, local transportation, and medical insurance. In addition, the buyer shall pay each technician USD 100 per day directly.

One engineer is required for on-site installation. The normal installation period is 50 days, but the final duration may vary depending on local conditions. The customer shall provide 4–6 workers to assist the engineer during installation.

10.1 For the complete flour milling plant, each shift requires 2 operation technicians and 6 workers to operate the packing system and handle package conveying.

11. Items to be Provided by the Customer

Necessary lifting equipment and common tools for installation, water supply, and power source (transformer not less than 90 kW, etc.).

12. Responsibilities of Supplier and Customer

The supplier shall be responsible for:

• Factory layout design

• Architectural design of the main workshop building

• Installation guidance, test running, and training of local workers (chargeable service)

• Construction supervision (chargeable service)

The customer shall be responsible for:

• Civil engineering works according to the supplier’s design requirements

• Carrying out installation and test running under the guidance of the supplier’s experts

• Providing necessary facilities and assistance

  This series of equipment is designed to produce corn products with capacities ranging from 10 tons per day to 300 tons per day. The process adopts a dry or semi-wet finishing process, allowing effective peeling and germ removal. It can produce low-fat corn grits of various sizes, corn flour, and corn bran, ensuring product quality and yield that meet or exceed national standards.
