• Workshop environment: Indoor dust concentration ≤ 10 mg/m³; outdoor dust discharge ≤ 150 mg/m³

• Steam consumption: 33 kg per ton of material processed

5. Installation Terms

Installation and commissioning are chargeable services. They include technical guidance for installation, commissioning, operation, and training of local workers.

The customer is responsible for:

• Visa arrangements for installation personnel

• Round-trip air tickets

• Local accommodation and transportation

• Medical insurance and related costs

Two installation engineers are required for on-site installation. The normal installation and commissioning period is 3 months, which may vary depending on local conditions. Each engineer’s daily salary is USD 100, payable by the customer.

6. Other Requirements

• Local staffing: Each shift requires 1–2 technicians and 2–4 workers for packing and material handling.

• Customer responsibilities: The customer shall provide necessary lifting equipment, common tools, water supply, and electrical power (420 kW transformer).

• Supplier responsibilities: The supplier is responsible for plant layout design, main workshop building design, installation guidance, commissioning, local worker training, and construction supervision for the main workshop line. The customer shall carry out civil engineering according to the supplier’s design specifications, and complete installation and commissioning under the guidance of the supplier’s experts, while providing necessary facilities and assistance.
