Main Technical Parameters

Installation Terms

Installation is a chargeable service. It includes installation guidance, test running, and training of local workers.

The buyer is responsible for the technician’s visa fees, round-trip air tickets, accommodation, local transportation, and medical insurance. In addition, the buyer shall pay each technician USD 100 per day directly.

One engineer is required for on-site installation. The normal installation period is 60 days, which may vary depending on local conditions. The customer shall provide 4–6 workers to assist the engineer.

Local Staffing Requirements

For the complete flour milling plant, each shift requires:

• 2 operation technicians

• 6 workers for the packing system and package conveying

Items to be Provided by the Customer

• Necessary hoisting equipment and common tools for installation

• Water supply

• Power source (transformer not less than 350 kW)

Responsibilities

The supplier is responsible for:

• Factory layout design

• Architectural design of the main workshop building

• Installation guidance, test running, and training of local workers (chargeable service)

• Construction supervision (chargeable service)

The customer is responsible for:

• Civil engineering according to the supplier’s design specifications

• Carrying out installation and test running under the guidance of the supplier’s experts

• Providing necessary facilities and assistance

Corn Grits, Flour, and Germ Extraction Equipment – Overview

This equipment series is designed for corn processing capacities ranging from 10 to 300 tons per day. The process adopts a dry or semi-wet finishing method, enabling effective peeling and germ removal. It produces low-fat corn grits of various sizes, corn flour, and corn bran, ensuring product quality and yield that meet or exceed national standards.

The complete plant features advanced technology, stable performance, and mature processes. It is characterized by high-grade manufacturing, fine production quality, reasonable layout, and low power consumption. We also provide customized design solutions based on each user’s specific requirements.
