III. Working Principle

1. Material is conveyed into the crushing chamber by a screw conveyor through the feeding hopper.

2. Material is cut by both the rotating knife and fixed teeth ring, crushed by high-speed rotating blades, and simultaneously affected by high-frequency vibration from the air vortex.

3. Powder rises with the airflow into the grading device.

4. Particles coarser than the grading mesh size return to the crushing chamber for further crushing.

5. Particles that meet the required fineness are carried into the cyclone separator by centrifugal force and discharged through the gate blower.

6. Fine dust enters the dust-collecting cabinet for filtration and recovery (clean exhaust).
