Product Description
Capacity reference: For every 100 kg of maize input, the output is approximately 35 kg of flour, 45 kg of grits, and 20 kg of bran.

Working Principle
The machine integrates corn peeling, polishing, grits and flour making, end-product classification, and winnowing.
Clean raw grain is fed into the inlet for peeling, degermination, and removal of black impurities. It can be processed into clean kernels in a single pass.
After crushing and mixture grading, the machine produces three final products: medium grits, small grits, and corn flour. A high-efficiency air draft chamber inside collects the corn skin (bran) produced during peeling.
The kernel size can be adjusted using the grits-making bolt. Grits granularity is controlled by adjusting the gap between the two fluted discs.
