10. Installation Terms: Installation is a chargeable service, including installation guidance, test running, and training for local workers. The buyer shall be responsible for the technicians’ visa fees, round-trip tickets, accommodation, meals, local transportation, and medical insurance. In addition, the buyer shall directly pay each technician US$100 per day. This set of equipment requires 1 engineer for installation, with a standard installation period of 100 days; the final installation duration is subject to local on-site conditions. The factory engineer is mainly responsible for technical guidance, and the customer shall provide 4-6 workers to assist the engineer.
11. Staff Requirement: For the complete set of maize flour milling equipment, each shift requires 2 operation technicians and 6 workers responsible for operating the packaging system and conveying packages.
12. Customer-Supplied Items: Necessary hoisting equipment and tools for installation, water supply, and power supply (transformer not less than 1200kW, etc.).
13. Responsibilities of Both Parties: The supplier shall be responsible for factory layout design, architectural design of the main workshop, installation guidance, test running, training of local workers (chargeable service), and construction supervision (chargeable service). The customer shall be responsible for civil engineering in accordance with the design requirements, carry out installation and test running under the guidance of the supplier’s experts, and provide necessary facilities and assistance.
